What you will be doing:
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs;
- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements;
- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews;
- Presenting the resumes of the most suitable candidates to the hiring manager;
- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork;
- Keeping track of all applicants as well as keeping applicants informed on the application process;
- Conducting Onboarding, offboarding and employee related internal processes.
You May Be a Good Fit If You:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken) and feel comfortable talking to native English speakers on a daily basis;
- Previous experience with recruitment and selection of technical and business positions;
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to take initiative and build strong and productive relationships.
