About the role: 

We’re looking for a strategic and results-driven Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles, including executive hiring. The Senior Corporate Recruiter will own the corporate recruitment process, from sourcing, outreach, and interviewing to offer, with a warm handoff to onboarding while ensuring a white-glove experience for candidates. As a start-up, we are fast-moving and evolving, so you’ll need to be comfortable with change, highly resourceful, and proactive in building a strong pipeline of exceptional talent. 

What You’ll Do

  • Full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for key corporate and executive roles.
  • Develop targeted executive search strategies to identify and attract senior-level talent (Director, VP, etc).
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent, leveraging networks, referrals, and outbound sourcing.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to refine job requirements, interview processes, and candidate experience.
  • Utilize Allara’s branding to elevate Allara’s reputation as a premier employer in women’s health through compelling outreach. 
  • Provide a white-glove candidate experience, ensuring every interaction reflects our mission and values.
  • Develop strong relationships with candidates, keeping them engaged throughout the hiring process.
  • Manage corporate roles within Greenhouse to ensure seamless candidate tracking, data integrity, and process improvement identification.
  • Own ensuring we have a robust pipeline for current and forecasted hiring needs. 
  • Work closely with the Corporate Talent Team to ensure seamless coverage. 
  • Track, analyze, and report on key hiring metrics to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in corporate recruiting – start-up experience preferred.
  • Strong track record of hiring top talent for operations, marketing, finance, executive, and other corporate roles.
  • Expert sourcing skills – you know how to find and attract top candidates beyond job boards.
  • Proficient in Greenhouse is a must. 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth start-up with shifting priorities.
  • Strong ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth start-up with shifting priorities.
  • Highly organized with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Passionate about women’s healthcare and making a meaningful impact.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and engage candidates effectively.
