Job Summary:
TradeCentric is seeking a People Operations Manager to join our dynamic People team. In this high-impact role, you will drive operational excellence and create scalable processes that enhance efficiency and employee experience. You will oversee the full lifecycle of employee operations, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless execution of HR processes. This role is perfect for a process-driven, results-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes ownership to ensure no detail is overlooked.

Pay Range: $80,000-90,000
Work Location: This role is 100% remote. While we prefer candidates based in the below city/states, we are open to considering candidates from other locations if you feel you meet the role’s qualifications.
