Technical Sales Manager Food Ingredients
sales area Baltic countries
office based Vilnius or home office based Baltic countries
- You will be responsible for the business development of a selection of food ingredients and nutraceuticals in different branches of the food industry.
- you have experience with Starches, Dairy proteins
- Experience with Starches and dairy proteins is extremely important to us
Tasks
- Analysis of the market and the product range of our suppliers to find new potential
- Building a close relationship with our suppliers and customers
- Visits of customers, analysis of their needs, creation of value propositions
- Participation in production trials at the customer/implementation of small-scale trials in the application kitchen
- Project management in close cooperation with the responsible Customer Service Manager
- Alignment of the sales strategy for the product groups of the suppliers with the help of the Category Managers and the Country Manager
- You will benefit from numerous pieces of training (internal and abroad) every year.
Requirements
- Degree in Food Technology (or similar) Must have
- Minimum 3 year’s experience in the food industry (production/sales) preferred
- Ability to solve technological problems and passion for food product development
- exceptionally good communication, negotiation and analytical skills,
- high willingness to travel
- very organized, reliable, positive thinking
- Very good knowledge of English, local languages and Russian (fluent in spoken and written) Must have
