[Hiring] Graphic Designer @Helpware

Helpware is seeking an experienced (middle+) and motivated Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will work on a wide range of projects, from digital and print materials to branded merchandise and corporate presentations. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, global team and help shape one of the most visually compelling brands on the market.

Key Qualifications and Requirements:

  • A passion for design and creative problem-solving.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, layout design, and composition.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma.
  • Experience with 3D design, motion graphics, or illustration is a plus.
  • Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with a diverse, distributed team and cross-functional departments (marketing, sales, etc.).
  • Ability to manage multiple creative and routine tasks simultaneously with minimal supervision.
  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred).
  • At least 3 years of experience as a graphic designer, preferably in branding, marketing, or corporate communication.
  • A portfolio is a must.
  • Self-driven, highly organized, and adaptable.

    Responsibilities:

  • Develop and design materials for both print and digital formats, including presentations, social media graphics, branded merchandise, and corporate communications.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet high-quality standards and align with project timelines.
  • Retouch and edit images as needed.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and other team members to create cohesive visual content.
  • Maintain and implement brand guidelines across all media channels.
  • Handle multiple tasks, from creative concept development to production, ensuring consistency and adherence to deadlines.
