About the Role:
The HR Specialist provides day-to-day operational and administrative support for the Company’s Human Resources Business Partners (HRBP) and HR Generalists while also partnering with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) (e.g. Learning & Development, Compensation, Benefits, Employee Experience) to manage and perform operational needs of HR programs and initiatives.Â

What You’ll Do:
Manage overall off-boarding process for exiting employees
Assist with employee relations matters and investigations
Provide support to HRBPs for strategic year-round HR related programs and initiativesÂ
Provide case management and resolution of tier 2 inquiries for assigned client groupsÂ
Prepare standard and ad-hoc reports or dashboards for baseline analysis
Partner with HRBP to prepare presentations/meetings conveying HR related initiatives
Serve as HR Operations COE advocate for COEs by providing administrative and operational support for key deliverables of HR programs
Partner with L&D to facilitate trainings for HR programs and initiatives
Partner with HR Technology team on configuring systems and processes based on business needs
Partner with the HR Shared Services team on employment life cycle changes
Maintain constant knowledge of employment laws and regulations, as well as the Company’s policies and procedures
Work closely with HR Shared Services team and appropriate COE to ensure client group data integrity
Coordinate with HR Shared Services to identify areas for improvement to existing processes as applicable
Support and complete ad-hoc projects as assigned

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor’s degree coupled with three plus years of progressive HR experience in a fast-paced organizationÂ
Workday experience and ServiceNow preferred
Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
Process improvement and project management skills
Ability to work cross functionally, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Attention to detail and passion for data accuracy
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

The base salary range for this position in the U.S. is $31 – $55 per year + variable/incentive compensation + equity + benefits.
